Hey can I get a pp please
I had the copper coil fitted on the 26th June. I had a little bit of spotting after I had it fitted with horrible cramps lasted 2 days.
Well the last 3 4 days I’ve had dark brown discharge and today there has been a little bit of blood. I don’t have my check up till 22nd but I do have a Dr’s app on the 12th anyway I’ve had a marina coil before but never experienced this. I’ve had a small amount of cramping but it’s not been painfull. What are your experiences with the copper coil? Is this normal? Tia xxx

You should expect painful heavy periods for the first 6 months they should have told you that when you had it fitted 😯…I still do now 8 + months after having it fitted😣
I’ve had the copper coil for 5 years now and its the same every month. Almost as though its leftover from the last month. Never had any problems with it though. x
