Hey, can I have a PPP?
My sons ‘dad’ has been in and out of his life from the start. He’s near four years old. He was there randomly every few weeks for the first year then went a year and a half without contact. He then decided he wanted contact so we went through contact centre and mediation. Nearly straight away he started messing up. He owes me 600 pounds since may. No sign of it. He goes weeks without seeing my son. My solicitor sends letters, no reply. When he gets the letters he plays ball and shows up for a few weeks then stops again. How many chances does he get? My solicitor is busy and courts take months to sort things out. My sons nursery are having concerns about his behaviour and think its down to all of this drama. What can I do?
