Hey can I have a private post please?? Me and my partner just had a massive argument and it has caused him to leave… I’m so upset that I’m already starting to feel somewhat depressed, we have a 9 month old daughter together so I think that makes it so much harder for me as I’m only 18 and feel like I can’t cope without him I don’t know if this is because he was older and he was the one bringing money in until I can go back to college… I just want Some advice really on how to deal with a huge brake up like this I suppose… he was my first love and my best friend as after having my little girl I had no one and I feel like it was a mistake on letting him go? My heads everywhere any advice would be great thanks! X

you will get though this I promise my husband left me when I was 19 with 2 children under 2 and huge amounts of debt I was convinced I couldn’t cope without him an I was miserable and had clinical depression following an overdose one morning I woke up one morning looked around my home that was a total mess the kids were miserable so was I an I thought to myself I can’t carry on like this and I got up for the first time in a long time and started to build my life without him I sorted my home for my children back into there routines made a life for myself a better one the point I’m getting at is that no matter how bad things seem now they won’t always be like this they do get better u just have to snap out of it for the sake of your sanity and the happiness of your child x
your a woman you will be fine take the time to go over your argument do you want to fix it is it fixable don’t dwell on what cant be fixed this time concentrate on your daughter she always needs you it will be okgood luck it is your decision
