Hi can i have a private post please..
I’m just wondering how my partner would go about gaining access to his daughter? Her mother picks and chooses when he can see her so some months we have her constantly and then we don’t see her for months at a time. The last time he saw her was august/ September last year. He usually receives a message around November ready for Christmas and birthdays but it hasn’t happened this year and we’re getting fed up now. It’s not fair on either of them or our son. If court is an option how do we start putting things in place?

Sorry can i have a reply please, he’s tried texting she just says that she’s busy he can have her another time or that his daughter doesn’t want to come ( which is untrue as when we do have her she constantly asks why we haven’t been to get her and she’s missed us) it’s all just games and it isn’t fair. I didn’t think about the hours free advice. Thank you ill call and sort that out x
Go and see a lawyer. Most give an hours free advice. You could try mediation but if she’s already picking and choosing it doesn’t sound like she would be open to compromise.
