Hey can I have a private post please.
My four year struggles to poo, she eats plenty of fruit and veg and drinks a lot of water. But still can’t go. It’s been four days now! Tia xx

Is she scared to go or does her body just not move, this sounds nasty but when you go poo show her your poo down the pan ( or her brothers and sisters ) tell her to come and look and big it up she maybe thinks her body shouldn’t have a bowel movement or doesn’t like the feeling of the movement if she does go to the toilet and you suspect a movement don’t rush her give her something to do when she’s on the pan some kids don’t like the feeling of a bowel movement but if it’s a case of she can’t go because she’s constipated I’d ask the chemist to give you a laxitive hope this helps xxx and good luck
