Hey everyone,
Really needing someone to speak to who has been to court regarding access with their child and the dad.
The child is two years old.
If any of you have been to court and have a child of similar age, what is your access?
And am I right in saying there’s no legal aid for court anymore? So I’m going to be left with a hefty bill?!

Iv been to court with my wee boys dad for access as I was supervising it he got two over nights stays a week 1 week summer holiday 1 week in April and 3 days after Boxing Day iv put his days up to 3 nights a week
We were told by our solicitor that rhe ‘norm access’ is every other weekend and one day during the week and phone calls if wanted. Thats for a non complicated (no domestic violence, drugs etc!) X
There still can be legal aid in certain circumstances. X
