Hey ladies can i have some advice please…

What happens with your child when they go to the MIL?

So when my mil has my daughter i supply everything – food, nappies, wet wipes, formula (when she was on that) and now blue top milk because she on that, dummies etc. Literally everything she needs – she asks for milk even tho she has it in her fridge. She even asked me for a blanket for her because she has nothing in her house! Which is fine but i just find it unfair heres why – she has 3 older grandchildren 11 & 10 and she does absolutely everything for them, their washing their food gives them £10 a day for school dinners and spending money after school etc ( their mothers work so no reason to do it really) and then comes to my house and brags what she has bought them and how much shes spent on them for xmas or just in general & then pleads poverty but cant supply my daughter with not even a wet wipe – doesn’t ever buy her anything just as a treat or anything. When i send her with a pack of nappies half the pack has gone so just send her with a few now in a wet wipe box.
But When my mother has her i just literally hand her over as she is and she has everything at her house for her.
For her 1st birthday she bought her a second hand bike (nothing wrong with second hand) but this was covered in pen, scratches and generally just worn from use. And i mean it is far to old for her as she not even walking yet.
I dont wanna sound disrespectful because we get on and im glad that shes involved etc
But justed wanted to know if this is normal for mil houses or is it unfair and she favours the other grandchildren over my daughter?
Im not looking for an arguement just advice please.
Thank you x
