Ppp 💜 sorry this is a long one and it’s hard to explain
This year I took my ex to court for taking the kids and not giving them back . Where I got a court order where I have them 5 days and he has them 2 days a week . I have a solicitor and got court through legal aid . Ever since he’s been horrible again and not changed his ways constantly picks on everything although I Am a good mum and provide everything the boys need . In court he tried to make out I was an alcoholic (test proved I wasnt) and I have trouble with mental health I have OCD and depression but it’s controlled . Court looked into this and it was said from professional I see that I’m stable and all . Recently he’s been adding people which have generally got mental health problems .people who have been in hospitals etc . And I’ve told him he’s made out he hasn’t been speaking to them but this morning I had a threatening message off one . He has also told her everything about me nd the boys . Well a load of lies . I was worried about her as Well as my boys being around that sort of problem . In my eyes she’s vulnerable so will believe everything he tells her . He’s 28 and she’s 18 . Anyway I’m confused what to do whether to go back to court etc or not I would love people to tell me what they think of this .. the stress is actually bringing on panic attacks etc xx I have no problem with people which do suffer mental health it’s just a hard situation when I’ve got young children x
