Heya , can I have a pp please x
I’m 27 weeks pregnant and have sciatica, anyone got advice on how to deal with the pain ? I’m in agony when I walk and can’t sit in certain positions. I’m also running around after a 4 year old so I’m always on my feet 🙁 xx tia
