Heya could I have a ppp. Mum at her wits end, Can anybody give me some advice please. I have a 10 month old who was a really good sleeper now shes a nightmare and wont settle to go to sleep, we’ve stuck to her routine that shes had from day one. Ive tried soothing her, sitting by her cot which seems to work but the moment I go to leave her room shes screaming. Anybody been through this and have ANY advice please anything will be appreciated… Thank you xXx

Sounds like spetaration anixty u doing a good job just keep popping in every 5/10 mins so child can see you are around i would suggest this for a couple of weeks then up to how long u wait to go in
