If my husband is on the tenacy agreement solely can he ask me to leave how much notice would he have to give and what about the children?

If you’re not on the agreement he can ask you to leave when he wants I’m afraid. Go to the council and say he’s making you and the children homeless and they’ll put you in temporary accommodation until they find you somewhere x
He doesn’t have to give you any notice – you have no legal contract with him. You have no legal right to live there. If you refuse to leave he can have you removed. Th fact you have children makes no difference x I do however find it very odd that you are married but don’t have a joint tenancy
He can ask you to leave but at the same time because you and the children have been living there you have rights too xxx
I’m sure he’d be the one to have to go has you’ve got the children?
If its his house he can tell u to leave whenever he wants even if u have children!
