Hi All,
I have been on maternity leave and have returned back to work, I have been back at work two weeks and have decided it’s not for me anymore, my question is do I have to give 4 weeks notice of my intention to leave? Any advice is much appreciated

I would check your contract as i know you have to return to work for a certain period before leaving or you have to pay your maternity pay back
If you only got statutory maternity pay then you just have to give notice of whatever is stated in your contract but if you reviewed maternity allowance then you usually have a time period you have to work before you can leave x
If you got maternity pay you might have to pay some bk if leave. My employer is like that
I think it’s whatever notice is stated in your contract or employee handbook x
U can always give immediate leave if u wanted to x
