Hi can I get a private post please?

I will be nearly 21 when I give birth too my second child not long found out I am pregnant again.
My question is if I ask for my tubes too be tied or a hysterectomy will the Drs/hospital allow it too happen?
Thanks in advance.
P.s I am 100% sure I do not want any more children.
