Hi can I get a private post please I’m just abit worried I was with an abusive guy for three to four years had a beautiful baby girl who was born with complications he’s never once paid any money towards our child he is on birth certificate mainly because he showed up at the registry office and I was petrified to make a scene and allowed him in scared of the after math.. so he’s on the birth certificate this summer he showed up at my property at half one in the morning trying to get through the door threatening to slit my throat and take the baby as I found out he was having sexual relationship with a 15 yr old girl she confronted me and I told her his real age 23. the same night she messaged me he showed at my doorstep at half one with two other lads when police made the arrest they found a ten inch dagger down his trousers he’s been on remand ever since court date is January and he’s been told if he wants contact with our child he has to go through a solicitor I’m just wondering if he’s on birth certificate has he got any rights to see her? He’s also been convicted off robbing my bank card and doctors and hospital reports of abuse social services opened our case and closed it within a few days.. I’m also taking him to family court to gain a residency order as he threatened to take the baby in front of doctors … any advice? My lawyer is saying not to mention contact that I have a right to say no to contact and that if he wants contact he’ll more than likely get contact in a supervised contact centre no more than an hour a month but I’m just so worried that when he gets out or if he does he’s on the birth certificate and he’ll try his upmost best to gain contact he hasn’t bothered with gaining a lawyer for contact whilst in prison…. thank you any advice would be appreciated. X
