Hi can i have a a PP for a friend please.

Basically my friend was happy in her relationship for over 10 years. She has 2 kids from a previous relationship and so did he. They also have a daughter together. She found out he was cheatin with someone in a different country! Long story short he has turned vile and its like he is punishin her for findin out by usin their daughter as a weapon. He has moved his new woman over here (she knew he was married the whole time and didnt care she was helpin destroy a family).he has been goin into school and takin her in the middle of the day and keepin her as long as he wants. Sendin emails sayin she cant do anythin about it etc. He calls the police on her regularly lyin and even the police have said they know hes full of it but have to be seen as followin it up. He has been sneakin into the house and hidin things and unpluggin the freezer. He ended the tenancy on the house sayin their daughter has a room at his place so he will have to take her away cause hes gona make my friend homeless. But last night he sent his two older kids round while my friend was visitin her brother who only lives 20 mins away. One asked for a drink while the other snuck upstairs and took her her out of bed and took her to her dads house! It was past 10oclock. She is 8! My friend had been advised by a solicitor to stop contact cause he was takin her out of school. The police have admitted its a safegaudin issue as he barely knows this new woman himself but is happy to leave his child with her. But they wont help?

My question is what can she do? She called me in floods of tears as she came home to find out she had been taken! Ive seen her daughter get so distressed when we were all out just bacause she saw her dad and his new woman. She ran into my arms cryin and shakin. She may be physically safe but he is emotionally and mentally hurtin his own child just to punish my friend. He is the one that was unfaithful and broke up a family! TIA
