Hi can I have a post please. Did my tax credit renewal in June they wrote to me & asked for all my childcare invoices so I sent them. They came bk the other day but still not had a new award? Is anyone in same boat is it normal? Checked online and my payments r still down for the usual amount and says renewal still being processed x

I renewed mine this morning over the phone as was having a nightmare doing it online and the lady said it will take up to 10 weeks to process, hope that helps x
