Hi can I have a post please?

I’m 19weeks pregnant on Tuesday and I’ve only gained 1.5lb since the start of pregnancy, baby number 2, I have my anatomy scan on the 8th of August. Should I be concerned or not? Ps I have an underactive thyroid 250mg of levothyroxine taken daily. Thanks x
