Hi can I have a post please … please help with this child maintenance … my partner had some arrears due to his ex not telling them we have him over night stays even though we do he paid her some Lump sums of money into her bank under maintenance now she’s told cms that it wasn’t for that an was for her house . Where do we stand with this to fight all these lies as it seems they only take the women’s side ? We help out with school trips have him nearly every full weekend buy him things all the time pick him up if she needs us to have him so she can go on holiday several times a year plus taking him away ourselves . I’m just so annoyed it all seems to be one sided and we have to now pay this money again because she has lied
