Hi can I have a post please
Me and my ex partner recently split, and he moved out. by the time he finishes work it’s around 6pm and he lives an hour away. (His work is closer to mine) he wants to see our daughter after work and spend more time with her. Does anybody know how many nights a week he can stay? If I let him stay over to spend more time with her

No more than 2 nights a week, so it’s maybe best just now and then, it’s not worth the risk these days. Someone grassed my new partner up for staying a few nights a week with me and then either had to prove he wasn’t staying at all or move him in xxx
Where we are. Its 3 nights a week and they class a night as 7pm to 7am x so depends on what council your in xx
I’ve been told if they have their post at their own address, don’t pay for nothing in your household then he can stay
XIts all changed now in most councils it no nights ur better contacting ur housing benefit office and asking to keep urself right honey. As someone cld mistake him for living with u and ul lose all ur benefits x
No nights where I am love so be careful xx
3 nights I think
In my area not allowed to stay over at all x
It’s 2 night a week huni
