Hi can I have a post please?

My little girl has always had a bad tummy off baby milk and her nappies are always awful. I have tried her with different ones but none have helped. She has been tested for intolerance and came back fine. She is now on 3 meals a day and since she has been cutting down on her baby milk her nappies are gradually going normal. Should I change her to cows milk and see if that helps her. She still has bad nappies after every bottle. My boys went on to cows milk at 9 and 11 months as they refused baby milk so don’t know whether this will help her or not. Any advice please. Thank you
