Hi can I have a post where appropriate please?
My lg is almost 11 weeks now and I haven’t had a period yet. I had a natural labour and teared quite badly, was left too long to be stitched and lost a lot of blood. Was stitched badly and had to be restitched and took a while to heal. Me and my partner had sex last night (I was terrified it was going to hurt) so we took it slow and it didn’t hurt anymore than if I’d not had sex for a while. I bled a little bit afterwards and was a bit ‘stingy’ down there. Since then I have bled a fair amount and have had to wear a pad. I feel stupid asking this but could this just be my period come and it’s just a coincidence the timing of it? I don’t have any sort of period pains which I would normally get and although it’s not really painful my downstairs does feel a bit uncomfortable. Basically what I think I’m asking is should I just assume it’s my period or should I get checked? I’d feel stupid going to be seen and them saying it’s just your period 😂
