Hi could you do me a private post please.

I’ve recently had to make a claim to the csa for personal reasons of which I’d like not to disclose.
Can I ask what they take into consideration when making there calculation? he has three children from a previous relationship 19 , this 17 and 16 non of which are in further education or living with him, but he does have a private arrangement with there mum to still pay child support.
What I want to know is will they take this into consideration for him when they calculate what he should be paying.?
Please if you could just advise and not judge this has been an extremely stressful time thanks.
