Hi can I have a pp please.

I left my husband because last year he raped me. I got back with him after because of the children. After I happening another couple of times I left him for good. And moved me and my children back to my hometown. I never went to the police for my children’s sake and also wouldn’t allow family members to hurt him because of the children’s sake.
Anyway now he’s starting to turn my children against me. I’ve had an argument today with him while he was with the children about school stuff because he thinks it’s acceptable to go behind my back and arrange things with the school. What I didn’t realise is that he was in the children’s presence while we were arguing and he’s actually put his phone on loud speaker so the children have heard me having a go at him and swearing. After he’s dropped them off my son has told me he hates me. He’s said he hates me because his dad hates me. And apparently he’s told his dad he hates me and his dad has told him to keep it to himself.
Now I’m worried that he’s going to continue turning our children against me and I’ll loose them. This is the worst it’s got but the children have told me before that their father has been calling me names around them. I’ve never done anything wrong to the man. I’ve stayed with him for 10 years and put up with continuous manipulation and controlling behaviour. From the very beginning he has guilted me into having sex with him when I didn’t want to. To the point when our son was a few days old I had to have sex with him despite having stitches and had to go get the morning after pill.
I stayed with him so long because I was blind and wanted to keep our children happy. But now I don’t know what to do for the best. Should I go to the police? Should I go for full custody? I just don’t want our children getting caught up in it and getting hurt but I feel like it’s hurting them when he’s turning them against me. I just don’t know what to do for the best. Any advice would be massively appreciated. Thank you in advance
