Hi can i have a pp please.
Me and the farther of my child are seperated and have been since before she was born she is 6 nearly 7. Her dad sees her on his weekends. We have alternative weekends that is. Latly she gets really upset about not seeing her daddy much and she wants too see him more. I try reassuring her as much as i can and it gets me really upset that he dont try enough to see her more. We had mediation a few years ago set weekends and time in the holidays but he hasnt stuck by it all. Ive tried talking to him about it but he wont listen and says hes working all the time. Hes a uk lorry driver and dont work weekends. He also claims hes not aloud time off. We dont even live far apart either. It just upsets me he wont try to see her in the week to pop by and see her or take time off to have her a little more out his time. I would like to take him to court to try work somthing out but i cant afford it and i also feel ill be laughed out. I hate seeing my daughter so upset crying her eyes out all i want to do is try for her sake. But its hard when He wont listen to me about his daughter. Has anyone got any advice to what else i can do please. Thank you.
