Hi can I have a pp please. My ex keeps threatening to take me to court over access, he has our child 2 nights during the week when I’m at work, that weekend is my weekend with our child. The following week he has our child for 1 night during the week and then the full weekend. I’m sure this is more than fair? He is saying his family are taking me to court too as I’m stopping them from seeing our child, this is not the case at all. His Dad lives 300 miles away, he was up in our town 2 weeks ago just for the day for a funeral, but didn’t come to spend even half an hour with his grandchild? This has really upset me as I wanted my child to see their grandad. My exes brother is a nasty piece of work, his partner is even worse and has wrote some horrible things about my child on facebook so I don’t want her around my child. Am I within my rights to say this? My exes brother sent me some awful messages saying I’m a shit mum, I’m this I’m that all becuase I said his partner isn’t allowed round my child anymore, and even though he’s awful to me I would never stop him seeing my child as he isn’t nasty towards my child. If this goes to court and all of what I’m saying is proven (my ex is twisting things) what would happen? I’m really upset and I feel scared they are going to try and take my child. Any advice appreciated thanks x
