Hi could I have a post please, me and my partner of 2 years are going through a rough patch at the moment. He has decided that we shouldnt have any contact for a week so that we can both sort out heads out and see what will be best for us both. We only stopped talking today and It is killing me already, I cant stop crying, I feel so alone and I just want to message him. Will I make the situation worse if I message him? Do I give him the week space even though its killing me being apart from him? 😢
