Hi can I have a pp please!

I had a baby on 14th September, was bleeding for 3 weeks after my caesarean . Had the implant fitted last Friday but have had intercourse 6 times since giving birth (twice in the first three weeks) . And today have brown type blood/discharge & have had bad headaches for the last couple of days.

Obviously I know no ones a doctor but does anyone know what it might be?
