Hi can I have a pp please!

I’m in hysterics and not finding any answers. Please any advice or help please.

Whilst getting ready for bed an hour ago, I was getting undressed and my breasts felt a little odd. I looked down and couldn’t see my breasts! I ran to the bathroom to look in the mirror to find my breast have dropped, to the point where I am completely flat chested at the top of my chest and my breasts are literally hanging/drooping down with my nipples pointing downwards towards my stomach! I do not have implants, am not and have never breast fed, I’m not pregnant (have a 4 yo son) haven’t caused trauma to them. I just don’t know what’s happened?!! I woke my husband hysterically screaming, he himself is completely shocked. I phoned 111 and they advised for me to see the Dr tomorrow with no explanation as to what it might be, I’ve been looking on google and found nothing. I’m genuinely hysterical, I don’t understand, they weren’t like this this morning. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know what it might be?
