Hi can i have a ppp? Has anyone ever been depressed while pregnant? I have a strong history of severe anxiety & depression (although been off meds for over a year)
But i feel like its crept back up on me. I will not under any circumstances take meds while pregnant so will they even be able to help me? I have nobody to talk to about it. I cant sleep, i cant eat, i just cry all the time even though im over the moon to be pregnant (we were trying for 8 months & had a miscarraige too) so the baby is VERY much wanted! I feel like the worst mother in the world because i am just not coping.
