Hi can I have a ppp. I was just wondering if any ladies have struggled to conceive whilst ever having the injection. I have two children 8 year old and 1 year old. Was on the pill at 20 and got caught with my first daughter so After that used condoms for years. Split with my partner and a year later met my current partner. Had the coil and I hated it. Made me ridiculously hormonal, cried over everything, very heavy painful periods. Persevered with it for 18 months until I had pre cancerous cells in my cervix. Had the coil removed and had laser treatment. Fell pregnant within weeks of having it taken out. My baby is now 1 year old, and since giving birth I’ve been on the pill and had a miscarriage. I was heartbroken if I’m honest. So stopped taking the pill to try again. Two months later another miscarriage. I was devastated. More so because my partners sister fell pregnant at the same time and I lost both of mine. Even though I’m mega happy for her. Felt as though life was telling me nows not the time, so had the injection to stop any more heartache. Partner wasn’t happy but it’s a decision I made. Told him it’s not forever, just not the right time. Now I’m debating if I’ve done the right thing as I’d love baby number three. Maybe wait and try until next year so thought the injection would be a good idea. No one I know has the injection everyone seems to be on the pill! Anyone struggled to conceive or fell pregnant whilst on the injection? Thanks
