Hi can I have a ppp

Im currently in a real panic state, I went for my smear test today which was incredibly painful and caused me too bleed (thats not what im bothered about)
She said that she couldnt see or feel my coil and has refered me for ultrasound which has terifffied me as ive had really bad (like curled up in a ball) pain in the lower area which I should of chased up as the doctor just gave me painkillers and said it was ovulation pain. Im now regretting it and worrying
