Hi can I have a ppp? I’m in hospital at the moment having my labour induced. I’ve had a propess pessary so far. Since 3 days ago I keep feeling like I need a wee but not able to wee more than a couple of teaspoons. When I came into hospital yesterday they tested my wee and said it’s clear apart from protein but is very cloudy and concentrated. They’ve been giving me set amount of fluids to drink and I’ve been drinking it all but my wee isn’t getting any better. My midwife said I will be put on a fluid drip she’s just waiting to see what the consultant says. Has anyone else had this before? Don’t think it’s a UTI because surely the excess fluids would help it?

Have they not suggested a catheter? I had to have one with my Eldest as my bladder was so full she couldn’t get past but the contractions stopped me from going to the toilet…
Sounds like a uti x
