Hi can I have a ppp looking for advice I’m barely getting enough to survive a month with a baby and a hubby who don’t work he doesn’t get any benefits cause I worked tho and on mat Leave our currently place is a 1 bed and I have rent arrears which I haven’t been paying off for the past few months because I just can’t afford it with all my other debt and the mat wage and rent etc we want a fresh start and he Is penalised and so is our son because of my stupidity of getting into debt not being able to pay etc if they went for a house without me would it be better as we r on as a joint family but suspended even tho the arrears are with me but anyway if we move to another council will we be suspended because of my arrears this is only for Scotland unless everywhere is the same no bashing I already feel bad enough! We need a bigger place and I’m stuck also I can’t go bankrupt I should have done years ago but was adviced a trust deed would be better and u can’t get out of those apparently I’ve tried they want more than my actual debt to get out it any help would be great thanks
