Hi can i have a PPP

Need advice!! About 5 years ago i had an eptopic pregnancy (had no symptoms expect bleeding), since had another baby, a couple of days ago i found out i was pregnant again and have been getting stomach pains and feeling sick (not been sick). Could i be having another eptopic again? Really need advice on what to do.
