Hi can I have a ppp. Not baby related but I have ashma and this morning I was pretty bad, usual tight chest? Short breath. I have just finished a course of steroids but tonight I feel alot better after taking my antihistamines but my heart rate doesn’t seem to be coming down past 115/120… I don’t want to be a pain and phone out of hours. I’m just wondering if anyone knows what it could be? I feel okay within myself, just a horrible cough and very flushed, sweating alot.

Mine was like that earlier n i read an article n it said that u should change ur clithes and have a shower n it could help. I changed my clothes but didnt get a chance to have a shower but it has helped. Keep ur inhaler near u n if its still easing then ring 111 for more advice
possible infection get checked out to be safe even if its nothing in the end…i ended up in hospital with an infection after playing it down x

I’d phone NHS 24 just to get checked their is no harm in doing so, especially if you are asthmatic!
