Hi can I have a ppp !!
Please no bashing
My sons just started school and since he was about 3 I noticed him behaving differently with noises etc but been palmed off by the docs
Today a friend of mine who works in the school said she was in the class and my son is covering his ears and looks lost .. he has to have his straps strapped 3 times before we leave , if he wears trainers they have to be tied 3 times , he can’t eat his lunch because it’s too noisy for him and he’s coming home with a lunch box full , his room all his toys are lined up in certain ways and they have to stay like that , he has to know what he’s doing he can’t deal with change ….. he isn’t interested in toys but he would spend his whole day doing arts and crafts
A friend of mine mentioned that these are some autistic traits and I should speak to the teacher I tried too today and she told me it’s not loud and just ignored my concerns ..
Who should I talk to next ?? I feel like he needs some extra help and he’s not eating because it’s to loud at school he’s just so lost atm and it’s breaking my heart just want to get him the help he needs x

You could try your sons GP or Health Visitor. It was my sons nursery that picked up on there not being something right with him he was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3 he also has ADHD and other disabilities x
