Hi can I have a ppp.

So since I was pregnant and after I had my son I’ve got terrible alopecia, I was given steroid cream over a year ago and it helped with my patch of no hair. My only problem is I’ve just today found another bald spot. I’m going out with work friends tomorrow for a night out and it’s quite hard to hide the patch.
I’ve looked on line at cover up spray etc but I don’t have time to order any online as I’m out tomorrow eve.
Has any1 bought any products to cover up this type of things from say Tesco, asda, boots that I could easily pick up tomorrow. If you have any recommendations please help me!
I will need to go back to doctors Monday for more steroid cream but even if I got it tomorrow that wouldn’t help my situation for tomorrow night?
