Hi can i have a ppp x

Okay so my son is 10 months old and i got the contraceptive implant as soon as i had him, for the past month or so i have been feeling movement in my stomach like a baby kick?! But then ive been on my period for like nearly 2 months! So i dont know what this is am i pregnant or isit hormones?! I did a pregnancy test it came negative.. so im just abit confused right now like whats going on with my body! I had a blood test and my doctor said i was pregnant then after my reaction he said he was joking! Like i dont know its just so wierd.
Secondly i have been getting really bad toothaches since i had my son and its the same teeth that hurt, has anyone else experienced that? Will it go away because omg its driving me crazy! X
