Hi can i have a ppp

My period is near a week late ive done a test and its negative i keep getting proper sharp pains on my left hand side down below my stomach my boobs are pritty sore. Tbh i geel literally drained and feel like my period is working on me. I am at the loo often. Has anyone else been like rhis and had a postive outcome xxx
