Hi can i have a ppp

My youngest is 16 weeks old and is going through what looks like the 4 month sleep regression. He has always been a great sleeper and now im lucky to have an hour at night before getting up. Any tips as my eldest didnt sleep at all till he turned one and was constantly exhausted and do not want to go through feeling like that again
