Hi, can I have a private post.

My little boy is 5 am am pregnant with my 3rd and my little boy is curious on how babies get in mummy’s tummys and out. I explained how babies are born. My question is how do I explain how babies get into mummies tummy? I am a young mum I want to be honest but don’t know how to word.
