Hi can i have a private post please.

Hi ladies woundering if anyone can give me with some advice with conceiving,
I had my implant removed November last year after 2 years of having it in. Since then me and my partner have been trying but still no joy my cycle in perfect etc. I’m starting to worry now I have 3 children from a previous relationship an he also has children from a previous relationship just wanted some advice reassurance if you have any thankyou.
