Hi, can I have a private post please.

I have been on the depo injection for almost 5 years with no problems. Yesterday I phoned the doctors as I though I was due my next one end of may, turns out I was due end of Feb. I got my dates mixed up as they just changed it from every 11 weeks, to every 15 I need to get it(no idea how I got it so so wrong but can’t change that now). So obviously I am just over 2 months late on getting it, I know it can take a long time after coming off the depo for you to actually get pregnant but I am a bit worried as I’ve never had a scare before. So my question is, if I had sex at the weekend, when is the earliest I can take a test that will give me a true reading? I’ve been told it’s before your next due or missed period, but because I haven’t had a period in about 6 years I have no idea when that technically is. And help appreciated. I do have an appointment with the doctors for anyone wondering but it’s not till end of next week and my mind is just doing overtime. Tia x
