Hi can I have a private post please.
I’m 21+5 with a little boy, me and my ex broke up a few weeks ago due to him being very controlling and wouldn’t give me any space to myself the only time I got alone was while he was working because I’m currently signed off with lower back pain and Pelvic girdle pain. I’ve said he isn’t to be at the birth as he has anger issues and is always threatening to jump off a bridge and kill himself. I’ve offered access when little one is born which is to be supervised once or twice a week. He refers to little one as kid and keeps saying the child isn’t his then saying he’s going to go for full custody of little one if I don’t give him the access he wants and threatening to take the baby to see his family on his own even though I’ve not said his family can’t see little one. Can anyone give any opinions on this and what the courts would award him access wise considering baby will be a newborn.
