Hi can i have a private post please,

Im 32 weeks pregnant and have on and off awful sharp stabbing pains in my upper back.
Im just getting over a cold but this morning i woke up with a tight chest and coughing and wheezing.

Ive googled chest infections in pregnancy (worst thing ever i know) .. but do any of you have any idea what i could be/or if you also think chest infection.

Gonna make a drs appointment in the morn, just looking for advice x
