Hi can I have a private post please
I’ve been living with my partner for around 3 years and we have a 1 year old. He owns the house as I couldn’t go on the mortgage when we got it as I was under 18. He’s started becoming quite abusive towards me emotionally and controlling (I have no proof of this though). I want to leave but he tells me he would get full custody of our son as he’s the one with a ‘stable home’ and I wouldn’t be able to see him plus I wouldn’t be able to afford my own place, I work 25 hours and get 540 a month and nursery fees are 440 so theirs no way I could afford bills, rent, food ect and I wouldn’t be able to afford court either. What do I do? I feel trapped and I feel like I’ve failed as a mother.

You need to get help it’s because he has that control over you that you feel like you couldn’t do it because he’s made you feel that way! Xx
