Hi can I have a private post please. Me&my partner moved into our new house last Sept (privately rented) we both signed all the documents/contracts etc together. Now here’s my problem.. we decided the other week that things wasnt working out & that he would move out & I would keep the house (with our 2 children) thing is when we have contacted landlord to put a sole residency out with just my name on hes told me i need to pay first months rent/deposit again; reference fees guarantor fees go thru credit check again. Does this sound right i have already payed all these things when we moved in? Any advice or experiences would be great, I don’t want my kids to loose there home x
