Hi can I have a private post please, my daughter who will be 2 in September has recently been full of beans till around 10-11pm and wakes up at 5am!! This never used to happen up until a few weeks ago she would be in bed 6/7pm and wakes up 7/8am she has just cut all 4 of her last teeth to come through could that be the reason?? She doesn’t have a nap in the day anymore as it just makes it worse. Any advice would be great 😊

Sounds like my little boy!! I’m glad im not the only one. He’s not cutting any teeth though. I’ve been told they go through a sleep regression stage at around this age! Just have to grin and bear it til it passes and try to stick to routine x
