Hi, can I have a private post please?

I recently split up with my child’s dad. He has gone back to living with his mum and dad 2hrs away from where me and my daughter live. The arrangement is that he has her from Friday evening till Sunday evening. For the last couple of weeks he’s been picking her up past 9.30pm (she’s two) and taking her while she’s asleep then Working all weekend, so his mum and dad have her.
Am I being unreasonable by saying to him he needs to change his working hours so she can spend time with him? It defeats the object entirely of the agreement as he’s spending zero time with her.
