Hi can I have a private post please

So on Thursday I took a clear blue pregnancy test and found out I was about 4/5 weeks pregnant. Today I started bleeding. I had been spotting but it was a dark brown colour but today it’s a bright red colour and had a few small clots in it. There’s not a lot of blood but very noticeable when going to the toilet. I’m just wondering if anyone has had anything like this before but not had a misscarriage? Also I’m going to book an appointment with my doctor tomorrow but just wondering what they will say/do?
